 After adding
 
   UNLIMIT_RESOURCES=     datasize
 
 to the pkgsrc Makefile it works for me:

 The same applies if I check out devel/cmake (cmake-2.4.2nb1) from
 2006-10-01 but the rest of pkgsrc from today.
 
 
 Lubomir, how did you come to the conclusion that the problem is related
 to optimisation?
