bootstrap/bootstrap does not handle correctly command line option "--fetch-cmd <ftp_cmd>" : it ignores it and build the tnftp utilitiy provided by pkgsrc anyway.

$ cd pkgsrc/bootstrap
$ ./bootstrap --fetch-cmd /usr/bin/ftp
[..]
[build and install tnftp anyway]
