MASTER_SITES=   ${MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA:=webtools/} 
is wrong, since the webtools directory is not provided neither by the official 
mirrors nor by the MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA mirrors. (Or it may have changed in the 
recent past). webtools/ is only available on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/ not on 
the mirrors.

In this context please also update the MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA variable to match 
the mirror list provided on: http://www.mozilla.org/mirrors.html
