 After removing '#include "aio.h"', build fine on NetBSD 4.0.
 Does it need to include "aio.h" on NetBSD-current?
 
 And ${PREFIX}/lib/squeak/npsqueakrun is bash script.
 If this script really used, need USE_TOOLS+=3Dbash:run.
