When a package fails in a pbulk build because some of its dependencies are
broken, the user needs to know which are those dependencies. If he doesn't
know, how is he supposed to fix them?

All dependencies that are not in meta/success should be listed in the bulk log.
Those that are in meta/error should be hyperlinks to the package in the report.
