 Log Message:
 Update to R 2.6.2.
 
 Changes are basically bugfixes.
 
 pkgsrc changes:
   Don't bother patching configure.ac - it was only part of the changes
 being made to configure so don't pretend you could use it to regerate
 configure.
   Use -fPIC rather than -fpic for NetBSD powerpc.  Should fix PR 38032.
