The code compiles but when it comes to the installation it fails at this point:

Error code 2.

This is the point it fails to complete...

The older version worked well so  I know it is the last rev that is at fault. 

This rev only seems to build with gcc the previous one worked with sunpro & gcc.

Just try to bootstrap on a SUN with solaris or I might even suspect this is a 
global failure with any non NetBSD System who needs to bootstrap.
