pkg_chk 1.92 still requires pkgsrc sourde tree with -g option..

The following fragment should be fixed.

    173     if [ ! -d $PKGSRCDIR -a \( -z "$opt_b" -o -n "$opt_s" \) ] ; then
    174         fatal "Unable to locate PKGSRCDIR (${PKGSRCDIR:-not set})"
    175     fi
