I had the same problem on MacOSX Tiger yesterday.
The first chunk of the patch-at patch does not apply, probably because =20
the patch context is asymetric. This chunk seem functionally useless, =20
so i simply removed it, and ran "bmake makepatchsum" before rebuilding =20
tetex.
It fixed the build for me.
