Building lang/snobol hangs on some of my machines:

Running regression tests...
cd test; ./run.sh ../xsnobol4 > ../test.out
./timing > timing.out

And just sits there without any life sign. It's obviously related to clock - I 
have machines where I can't repeat it at all (0 failures from 100 attempts) and 
two machines where about every third attempt hangs.

The correct solution would be to upgrade the package to more recent version 
from ftp://ftp.ultimate.com/snobol/snobol4-1.1.tar.gz - compiles fine (without 
any warnings!) and runs all regression and timing tests without any problem in 
all my machines. But I'd agree with any solution including blacklisting - these 
kind of problems are not acceptable for bulk builds.
