Oh, that's very good hint for my tired head.
The difference comes from how to install the package. Maybe you have
installed from pkgsrc and my problem occured on installed by binary
packages.

I don't realized.
Anyway should we avoid "/var/lib" and that's file should be stayed in
"/var/db" or "/var/run"?
