 Update p5-libwww to 5.819.
 
 Pkgsrc changes:
 Fixes "libwww-aliases" option, reported by PR 39776.
 The knob for command aliases was changed when update to 5.815(?),
 it is disabled by default, and libwww-alias option is no effect since the 
update.
 So remove it from PKG_SUGGESTED_OPTIONS.
