>Description:
The file-check test (PKG_DEVELOPER=yes) reports a PLIST
problem for sysutils/bacula-clientonly (on NetBSD 4.0 at least).
libexec/bacula/chio-changer is in PLIST but not installed.
>How-To-Repeat:
I use pkg_comp with libkver and NetBSD 4.0 release sets
(for this test, no x* sets, instead pkgsrc modular xorg,
but I very much doubt that is relevant here).
After (apparently successfully) compiling and installing
everything, I see ...
pkg_create: can't stat `/usr/pkg/libexec/bacula/chio-changer'
=> Registering installation for bacula-clientonly-2.4.4
pkg_admin: bacula-clientonly-2.4.4: File `/usr/pkg/libexec/bacula/chio-changer'
is in +CONTENTS but not on filesystem!
=> Checking file-check results for bacula-clientonly-2.4.4
ERROR: ************************************************************
ERROR: The following files are in the PLIST but not in /usr/pkg:
ERROR: /usr/pkg/libexec/bacula/chio-changer
*** Error code 1
Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/sysutils/bacula-clientonly
*** Error code 1
Stop.
The lines included there are the only ones that mention
"chio-changer" in the build log, so my guess is that this
is something that is built only on some other system
>Fix:
Remove the extraneous file from PLIST. If it is ever built
and installed, add it to a PLIST.xxx file that is conditionally
included when approproate.
A revbump is needed when this is fixed.
