Please add a note to database/php-oracle/DESCR, that this package is for older 
versions of Oracle, and that Oracle 8 and newer is accessed via 
database/php-oci8. For pkgsrc users, who just install packages and have no 
deeper knowledge of Oracle, this is not obvious.
