 That can be said for many packages.
 
 It may be nice if it must include the version to include the operating 
 system name as part of the naming. (Then again "Linux" would be wrong if 
 the headers are derived from "glibc".)
 
 Also I wonder if the version of perl and/or its h2ph makes any difference. 
 Should it include that as part of the PKGNAME?
