Fetching print/tex-bin-tetex fails; the file fails its checksum.

Investigation shows that of five MASTER_SITE_TEX_CTAN servers, three
(currently) have one version of the distfile and two have another.
Both versions are the same size, so pkgsrc fetches whichever comes
first and doesn't retry from the other sites. Retrying on checksum
failure (not just size mismatch) would help.

The complete diff between the older and newer distfiles is as follows:
