See? Look carefully. The core came from /bin/env :(
IME, even if patch to skip bmake self test on Interix,
next, hunged up at PLIST generation for bootstrap-mk-files package (not
bootstrap),
calling awk with /bin/env.
Workaround:
Minimalize environment variables, say, unset Windows specific variables,
remove unused directory from PATH, and so on.
Then, for me, above two problems has gone away.
Now, I reached to Memory Fault on bmake (not bootstrp noted as above, but
package) self test.
Pkgsrc is heavily using environment variable as parameters for sub tasks,
so too much environment variables may rise Memory Fault
and long command line may bring on hung up for /bin/env.
