        wpa_supplicant-0.6.9/src/drivers/driver_bsd.c is wrong.
        IEEE80211_IOC_BSSID and IEEE80211_IOC_SSID are not available
        on NetBSD.

        it should use SIOC[GS]80211BSSID SIOC[GS]80211NWID like as
        NetBSD src/dist/wpa/src/drivers/driver_bsd.c.
