 I've rebult apr-util and apr with the db4 option, and checked the
 existence of /usr/pkg/lib/apr-util-1/apr_dbm_db.la.
 
 As the result, there is /usr/pkg/lib/apr-util-1/apr_dbm_db.la in my
 system.
