security/xmlsec1 is outdated. Latest release of XMLSec is 1.2.13, but this 
requires a more recent version of libxml2 in pkgsrc. I've created a diff patch 
to upgrade xmlsec1 to 1.2.12, which makes is "good enough" for my project.
