bacula is configured by default to use sqlite; this does not work properly
with bat [bacula-qt-console] because the job queries are using newer sqlite3
constructs not present in sqlite.
>How-To-Repeat:
        use bat, click on the joblist tab. or try to restore through symlinks.
>Fix:
        change default to be sqlite3, remove sqlite option.
        if you do this though, bacula-qt-console needs -lintl otherwise it
        will not link.
