I've added a patch to pkgsrc-HEAD which corrects the path to the
Python interpreter in "makei18n.sh". The locale files get now
installed on a "clean" pkgsrc installation, too, and I've updated
the package list accordingly.

As I personally don't consider this a critical fix (it doesn't happen
under normal circumstances) I don't intend to request a pullup into
the stable package source branch. Please let me know if this causes
a problem for you and I'll re-open this PR.
