RT 3.6.6 is so very much yesterdays news; we are at 3.8.7 now.
The current version has no issues with being useable after install.
Users are advised to edit RT_SiteConfig.pm in the install message.
If they chose to not heed that they get more work upgrading. RT_Config.pm
(the version belonging to the installed package) is in share/examples/rt3
so they're not stuck even then.
