That code snippet might actually point to the problem. There seem to be
two inconsisten ways how SNMP support is checked:
1.) #if SQUID_SNMP
2.) #ifdef SQUID_SNMP
Can you please try compiling Squid *with* SNMP support and check
whether it works?
