Almost:

1. On Linux, there is no libossaudio. Linking fails because libossaudio does 
not exist. For linux, don't add to mpg123/Makefile:

LIBS+=         -lossaudio



2. Linux is currently excluded from compiling audio/mpg123-oss. Add to
audio/mpg123-oss/Makefile

ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM+=     Linux-*-*
