 skk-14.0.91 needs apel 10.7, but editors/xemacs-packages provides apel 10.6.
 
 editors/xemacs-packages is old.
 ftp.xemacs.org has apel 10.7 package.
 I will send another problem report to update editors/xemacs-packages.
