The vice package has a patch (patch-af) which applies the following
modifications to video.c:

+#include <X11/extensions/Xxf86dga.h>
+#include <X11/Xmd.h>
+#include <X11/extensions/shmproto.h>

However, in order for it to build with native X11R7, I had to remove
the shmproto.h include and change the Xxf86dga.h one to xf86dga.h.

I'm not familiar much with the X11 native/pkgsrc issues and X11_TYPE
and friends or autoconf X11 related knobs, but I guess that some of
these should be used instead of hardcoding such patch...

In any case, the package for vice is very old (there have been many
vice releases since), perhaps eventually I should try to do a WIP
pkgsrc stub for a recent release.
