Installation of devel/doxygen fails with

(/usr/pkg/share/texmf-dist/tex/generic/babel/hyphen.cfg
(/usr/pkg/share/texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/hyphen.tex)
! I can't find file `ushyphmax.tex'.

The main problem (besides the missing hyphenation file) is that this error does 
not occur during "make", but as late as "make install". This means, that the 
package is removed by e.g. pkg_rolling-replace, but only partially reinstalled.

files.
