There is no port of the Open Source Integrated Library System Koha in pkgsrc. 
The port in wip is way old.
There are also a number of Perl modules (required by Koha) missing.
One of them is Graphics::Magic, which is what Image::Magick (aka PerlMagick) is 
to ImageMagick, only for GraphicsMagic. While there, I implemented some options 
(most notably x11 since I don't have X11 on the Web Server running Koha) for 
graphics/GraphicsMagick.
