>Description:
The distfile available at the master site (struktbio205.bmc.uu.se)
for biology/gromacs (gromacs-4.5.1.tar.gz) does not match the
distfile expected by the distinfo file (in size or checksum).
The distinfo file expects 10300446 bytes, the master site has 10304547
This suggests (to me) that the distfile was probably altered
after it was used to make the pkgsrc package (though whether
legitimately, if stupidly, or as some kind of hack, I cannot tell).
>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to fetch the current distfile ("make fetch" or "make checksum")
when your distfiles directory doesn't have the distfile in question.
Also note that the fallback attempt to fetch the distfile from
f.n.o (successfully!) fetches an empty file ...

>Fix:
verify the master site distfile changes, add a DIST_SUBDIR,
and update the distinfo file (or delete the master site, and
put the correct distfile on f.n.o).
