Package pkgsrc/archivers/star does not honor mk.conf variable PKGMANDIR and 
installs manpage files outside the declared directory. Furthermore, it yields

I actually don't know how this dynamic behavior of directories is reflected 
onto +CONTENTS, but I assume it should somehow work :-)
