I had pkg installed and broke /var/db/pkg*, so I was rebuilding and it stopped 
because of the presence of
/usr/pkg/share/doc/geeqie-1.0/html/index.html
        
>How-To-Repeat:
Install geeqie from pkgsrc, delete the pkg info from /var/db, try to rebuild. 
This works for most other packages.
