 Yes, it works fine. I think it should replace the package in pkgsrc
 after the freeze. I looked at the "crazy autoconf installation
 debacle" mentioned in TODO, but it seems very nice and clean to me. Is
 there something else that is holding up its addition to pkgsrc?
