comms/minicom from 2011Q3 fails to build with this error:

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to build the 2011Q3 version of comms/minicom on a DragonFly system
>Fix:
getsdir.c is beeing modified by patch-ah to use NAME_MAX

patch-ah has been recently changed and no longer includes a header
defining the needed constant

Modifying patch-ah to add a #include <sys/syslimits.h> line in src/getsdir.h 
fixes the problem.
