a) tries to get some fonts from /usr/pkg/lib/X11/fonts, which isn't in
any current modular-xorg package
b) Unable to initialize XKEYBOARD extension.
c) xterm crashes when the first key is pressed:

firefox / thunderbird have refresh problems; popup menus of firefox
seem to pop down as soon as the mouse pointer enters them.
