USB keyboard and xconsole has the following line.
uhidev_intr: bad repid 96
USB keyboard generates repeated ENTER input and I cannot input
command any more on x11/kterm on X and console.
I suspect SDL*, because SDL* are common to these packages.
PKG_OPTIONS.SDL is not set in mk.conf.

Run games/pingus or games/onscripter on NetBSD/amd64 5.99.15 with USB keyboard
machine (for example, Apple's Macbook Air 11 inch mid 2012).
