libnotify>=0.6.1; however, the last version in 0.6 was 0.6.0. There's an
update request to 0.7.1, so this meets and exceeds that. I have tested this
with Transmission-gui, but as many other packages depend on this one

        Have something that needs libnotify>=0.6.1. Notice we keep revbumping an
archive version of it.
