textproc/p5-XML-TreeBuilder needs to be pulled up to support something i'm 
packaging (Publicant).

        Be packaging something that needs this new version.

        (PLIST is at the end of that patch, as this newer version doesn't have a
packlist.)
        Also, revbump its only dependency, textproc/p5-Text-Microformat, when
you're done. I've tested its build with the new version of 
textproc/p5-XML-TreeBuilder and all is well.
