The idea is that every patch is supposed to have comments/description
in its header.
Many of the patches in pkgsrc don't, but we're trying to cut down on
that.

Another option is to try to get upstream to take it.
We generally try to avoid adding miscellaneous changes in pkgsrc,
because it creates a long-term maintenance problem... as well as
confusion sometimes when the pkgsrc version diverges from upstream.
Dunno about the other one.
