Raise Xmp playback rate limit from 48000 to 96000 kHz, particularily useful on 
hdaudio(4) platforms. Maybe the limit should be set even higher, like 192000 or 
just to allow the user to experiment..?

The fix includes "patch-src_main_options_c"
