GnuPG2's internal CCID driver supports some USB Token with libusb.
If enable this, scdaemon can use some USB Token without another pcsc daemon.
also GnuPG (pkgsrc/security/gnupg) will be the same.

This patch add usb option tto PKG_OPTIONS.gnupg2.
I don't know whether to make this option default.
