 The SQLITE_RECURSIVE definition (along with everything related to it,
 part of a feature addition called "common table expressions") was
 added in SQLite 3.8.3, so the built-in version in NetBSD 6.1.5 is
 indeed too old. The simplest fix would probably be to require the
 pkgsrc version of SQLite for NetBSD releases < 7.
