For eg: you have a: ..include "options.mk"
line, but there is not patch to add options.mk

etc.

Thank you - I will test this - the problem seems to be that gmx.com
seems to want reverse DNS, and I run email off of my PC connected to a
DSL ISP which doesn't provide reverse DNS. It works for most email
providers I send email to, except some, like gmx
