 From my tree, I see

 I believe perl was updated more recently than a year ago.  
 
 This could be the issue, as since I use 'pkg_rr -suv', 
 it is more probable that intltool was rebuilt because
 I rebuilt p5-XML-Parser than anything else at the moment.
