 Nothing. No output. No database entries for emacs.

 No. The file doesn't exist.
 
 
 When I click the Open icon or select "Open..." from the menu nothing
 happens, except the following message in the message-line at the bottom of
 the window: "Symbol's function definition is void: make annotation"
