Build fails on external/postgresql/ExternalProject_postgresql.mk in "./configure" call - this script cannot detect ldap libraries from pkgsrc.

1. Set MKLDAP=no in /etc/mk.conf, build and install new distribution
2. Try to build misc/libreoffice

Version tested: libreoffice-5.2.4.2nb1

Pass ${CONFIGURE_ENV} to the ./configure call?
