 Both, actually. It's also old (but it's basic Perl + XSL, and seems to
 "just work"), but it prefers Sablotron over LibXSLT. However, it works
 fine with LibXSLT as well, which is what I've made the package depend
 upon. It doesn't seem critical to have a working Sablotron from that
 perspective.
