 On an amd64-8.0_BETA system, using the original patch from PR
 toolchain/52326 and running a non-update release build I can subsequently
 build "gvfs" afer which rebuilding "gobject-introspection" succeeds.
 
 Upon rebuilding/replacing "gvfs", rebuilding "gobject-introspection"
 again succeeds.
 
 Now building further packages with dependencies which previously exhibited
 problem behavior when using "gobject-introspection".
