The x11/xfce4-panel 4.13.0 does not allow moving items on the panel, and the
panel/prefereces dialog does not show the "Items" tab any more, so there
is no way to configure your panel.

>How-To-Repeat:

Right click on an item in the panel, select "Move". Watch the icon appear
next to the mouse for a second - in old version you could now drag this
item in the panel to the new position. With the new panel, the item disappears
immediately.
