 "devel/xsd" still fails as described.  "textproc/xquilla" is not listed
 at all. and "textproc/xmltooling" is marked explicitly broken.
 
 Note:  I do not build any of these myself, only noting that they shared
 the same problem as "games/enigma", which I do build.
